Who doesn't love sweets?

I know I do!

Orlando, Florida is one of the most visited places in the world! Orlando has Disney Parks, wonderful food, huge events, and great bakeries and sweets shops!

Below, I have listed some of the best spots to go in Orlando when you are feeling a sweet tooth (or when you always have one, like me)!

1. Voodoo Donuts

Voodoo Donuts is a chain that has locations in places like California, Oregon and Colorado. Nonetheless, their donuts are worthy of a mention because they are one-of-a-kind! There are speciality donuts, cake donuts, raised yeast donuts, and vegan donuts available. Check out their location in Universal City Walk!

2. Valkyrie Doughnuts

While we are already on a donut kick, let me tell you about Valkyrie Donuts! Valkyrie donuts is unique because it offers 100% vegan donuts in amazing flavors. Valkyrie Donuts is located within minutes of the main UCF (University of Central Florida) campus.

Note: Their donuts ALWAYS contain gluten, unless otherwise stated.

3. Market on South

So, Market on South specializes in Vegan food and houses both Dixie Dharma and Valhalla Bakery. Valhalla Bakery makes a plethora of vegan treats, including succulent pots (as seen in the first photo of this article) and customizable cakes for different occasions. Below is a Game of Thrones inspired cake made by Valhalla Bakery.

4. Greenery Creamery

The Greenery Creamery offers both vegan and regular ice cream. Their flavors are always changing but in the past they have had flavors such as cardamon rose, lavender honey, pineapple tamarind, black ash coconut, and more.

5. The Glass Knife

The Glass Knife is one of my personal favorites in Orlando. Offering a lovely experience as well as quality food and pastries/treats, The Glass Knife is a wonderful spot for brunch or a nice day out.

6. The Sugar Factory

How could I forget the Sugar Factory? With some of the most extravagant desserts and boozy goblet drinks, The Sugar Factory has made quite a name for itself. In fact, in 2016, Kylie Jenner hosted the grand opening of the Orlando Sugar Factory.

7. Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies has quite a following across the country and for a good reason. Their cookies are to die for, they deliver, and they are open until 3 a.m! Say what?!? Plus there are two Orlando locations for Insomnia Cookies! One is near the main University of Central Florida (UCF) campus and the other is in Downtown Orlando.

P.S - Make sure to try their ice cream as well!
